Honoring Gregory Lawrence Blank

Gregory Lawrence Blank of Medford, Oregon, formerly of both Winchester and Medford, Massachusetts died peacefully on January 26, 2024 in Portland, Oregon at age 68 of complications following a stroke. Son of Joan E. (Feeley) Blank and the late Kenneth Hilton Blank, both formerly of Winchester. Brother of Jeffrey Blankenhorn, the late Kenneth E. Smiley and the late Christian Mackelduff. Father of Michelle E. Blank, Tara C. (Blank) Welsch, the late Pamella R. Blank, Eranthe Delta (Blank) Phinney, Corwin R. Blank and Frederick G. Blank.

He was a Vietnam war-era veteran of the U.S. Navy where he served as a marine mechanic and was awarded the National Defense Service Medal. Following his service to his country he worked periodically as a self-employed finish carpenter in the greater Boston area.
