Willowise made the planning for my father's celebration of life memorial easy and in a timely manner.  We had family across the country so a virtual memorial was needed.They set up a meeting explained everything clearly.  I don't have much experience with uploads/downloads I'm far from a computer whiz. Dates and deadlines on what to, and how to upload items were in an organized list. They were easy to reach by sms, email or telephone.  My father was remembered and they famliy enjoyed the service and virtual reception afterwards.  I am in Canada and they are not so I was a little nervous.  Turns out nothing to worry about Willowise was great highly recommend!

Very special and unique service offering. We weren't sure how it would go virtually however it went off without a hitch. Brock is great to work with, very responsive, and in tune to your needs. Brock Sheets, CEO of Willowise, created an amazing virtual memorial service to remember and celebrate the life of my beloved wife of nearly 54 years, Cathie Robertson, who passed away in May. The whole experience of dealing with Brock and Willowise was flawless and easy to follow with his detailed instructions. At the outset, he outlined how these celebrations typically work and came up with a plan for the website and the event itself. It involved getting pre-recorded remembrances by my wife's family, friends, and colleagues, which were posted on the web site for all those who attended the event to see at the beginning of the service. It also entailed assembling photos of my wife from childhood through to the present and photos of us together and with family and friends, capturing various significant life moments and events. I also picked a favorite song of hers, which was synchronized to the playing of the slide show. Brock made the whole process seamless. Getting everything ready for the event also helped give me something positive to focus on and do while I tried to deal with my enormous loss. The event itself worked without a hitch and was a very moving and wonderful tribute to the memory of my wife. Everyone who actively participated in it or simply attended thought it was superbly done and a magnificent way to celebrate my amazing wife.

I could not have been happier with Willowise. During such a sad and stressful time, they were wonderful to deal with and really thought of everything. The memorial webpage, the service, and reception, even the invitations, were so professional and really quite beautifully done. Many friends and family members remarked afterwards what a lovely event it was. The fact that everything was virtual allowed people from all over the country to attend and stay safe. And the fact that it was all recorded allowed others who could not attend to experience it. Far exceeded my expectations. Brock Streets of Willowise made it possible to have a memorial for my wife. When she passed I was at a total loss as to how to create and execute a memorial. I had never done one. When I found Brock and his company, disaster turned into just a lot of work. Willowise has a very well defined approach, complete with project plan and deliverables, that guide you at every step. They also create a Web site that allows guests to register and where information, photos and videos can be offered. The memorial was two days ago and dozens of people have stopped me and said what a wonderful and moving event it was. Most of the credit goes to Brock and his support. The live stream of the event went off without a hitch and the in person guests had a clear view of the slideshows and videos. All of this was recorded and is now on the Web site. Whether virtual, in person or both, Brock can make a memorial successful.

During times of loss and grief, planning is extremely difficult and without bereavement leave, I was unable to take a break just to focus on memorial arrangements. Without Brock to assist in the organization and planning, I am unsure what I would have done. In the end the online service was beautiful. The format allowed loved ones to express their heartfelt feelings towards my mom and it allows me to keep those sentiments forever. Thanks to Brock, my mom and who she was is immortalized in the service and on the memorial page on the website. In a traditional memorial, only a few people can express their sentiments, but with Willowise, almost everyone who loved my mom got to express what she meant to them in a permanent way. This review is written by a trio (a bereaved husband and two intimate friends). All three of us are senior citizens so, not surprisingly, we were all somewhat technophobic.  After exploring several web sites, we decided to try Willowise.  We approached them as a “triple client” – perhaps an unusual challenge for Willowise.  At the outset Brock Sheets explained the Willowise program, his manner and approach quickly putting us at ease despite our technophobia.  We promptly began the process, Brock guiding us patiently through every step.  We had many questions; Brock was readily available, answering every question (no matter how technically naïve) with skill, courtesy and grace and with clear, simple instructions. He also received questions from several of the participants, which he handled easily. The final result was a 2-hour virtual memorial service, adhering precisely to the schedule Brock had promised. Almost 100 family members, friends and colleagues attended. The event was beautiful and graceful, exceeding our most optimistic expectations, and was recorded in full for future viewing by anyone.  We recommend Willowise enthusiastically and without reservation.

I cannot give this business enough of a positive review to do it justice.  They quickly created a beautiful memorial website to honor my mother.  Brock helped us hold a beautiful virtual celebration of life that allowed my family members from all over the country to easily participate in honoring her with tributes, stories, poems and prayers.  The service is now recorded for us to view and the website lives on as a place to visit when we want to remember her or write/post pictures in the digital guest book.  It was very affordable and the process was very streamlined and also easy for participants.  It provided a venue for all of our family members to connect and be present, which would not have been possible if we were in person.  Thank you so much to Brock Sheets and the staff at Willowise. Brock and his behind-the-scenes team simplified what could have been a complex event for me to try to do by myself. My late husband did not want an in-person gathering because his family and friends were so dispersed. I was thrilled to find Willowise, and I was not disappointed. I purchased the premium package, and everything came out so professionally.  Brock is a superb organizer. He walked me through the steps with patience, understanding and professionalism. The only other virtual memorial I'd attended was a little awkward because people were not familiar with the technology. The Willowise platform solves for that and any other potential hiccup. During the online reception, several of the attendees commented on how impressed they were with the Willowise experience.  This is a very valuable and worthwhile service. Willowise was the perfect solution for our need to have a virtual celebration of life for a beloved family member with loved ones and family spread all over the United States.  This is especially true since many were not able to travel to a live event due to financial and/or age and mobility issues.
Brock and his team were patient and caring and helped us put together something we were very proud of.    A great solution for connecting friends and family for a virtual event, Willowise also allows for those who had conflicts at the specific time of the celebration to watch a recording at a later date and add their comments and photos in a virtual guestbook. I have had a most amazing experience working with Brock Sheets of Willowise for just over a week.  First of all, I vetted 2 other similar businesses and because of his personable yet very professional approach, I decided to choose his services.
Since our event was scheduled 12 days from date of commitment, being a creative person, I immersed myself into a very intense production preparation lasting 10 days.  Brock held my hand during the entire process and dealt with my many questions, changes and challenges always with calm and a reassuring smile.
Our memorial service resulted in a beautifully orchestrated recorded gathering that my family and friends will enjoy for years to come.

Brock Sheets at Willowise worked with us so carefully and attentively in preparing a virtual memorial service for our dear friend. He was so organized, and gently pushed us to pull together everything we needed. He knew just what had to be done, kept track of every detail, and was courteous and flexible. The memorial service was really beautiful, far better than I could have imagined. I could never have done anything like this on my own, in terms of both the quality of the production, and also the way Brock handled and organized everything. He was so patient with all our problems in getting all the speakers, the photos, the music, the written tributes, and the invitation together. If we had tried to do a Zoom memorial ourselves I would have been stressed and anxious, but doing it this way, all of that stress was handled by Brock, who made it so easy. I didn't have to think about anything administrative during the service itself.

Everyone commented on how lovely it was, and now we will have this elegant website to remember our beloved friend. I HIGHLY recommend Willowise - finding Brock was transformational! Thank you to Willowise for making this such a great event for us. I have heard nothing but praise for the elegant way it was set up, from everyone who attended.
