I cannot give this business enough of a positive review to do it justice.  They quickly created a beautiful memorial website to honor my mother.  Brock helped us hold a beautiful virtual celebration of life that allowed my family members from all over the country to easily participate in honoring her with tributes, stories, poems and prayers.  The service is now recorded for us to view and the website lives on as a place to visit when we want to remember her or write/post pictures in the digital guest book.  It was very affordable and the process was very streamlined and also easy for participants.  It provided a venue for all of our family members to connect and be present, which would not have been possible if we were in person.  Thank you so much to Brock Sheets and the staff at Willowise. Willowise and Brock were terrific. Doing an online service for our son who passed away on November 22, 2024 was questionable. We had family members in Ohio, Maine, Colorado, Minnesota, Florida, and Pennsylvania. However, choosing Willowise, Brock and his team brought it together without a hitch. This review is written by a trio (a bereaved husband and two intimate friends). All three of us are senior citizens so, not surprisingly, we were all somewhat technophobic.  After exploring several web sites, we decided to try Willowise.  We approached them as a “triple client” – perhaps an unusual challenge for Willowise.  At the outset Brock Sheets explained the Willowise program, his manner and approach quickly putting us at ease despite our technophobia.  We promptly began the process, Brock guiding us patiently through every step.  We had many questions; Brock was readily available, answering every question (no matter how technically naïve) with skill, courtesy and grace and with clear, simple instructions. He also received questions from several of the participants, which he handled easily. The final result was a 2-hour virtual memorial service, adhering precisely to the schedule Brock had promised. Almost 100 family members, friends and colleagues attended. The event was beautiful and graceful, exceeding our most optimistic expectations, and was recorded in full for future viewing by anyone.  We recommend Willowise enthusiastically and without reservation.

Willowise made the planning for my father's celebration of life memorial easy and in a timely manner.  We had family across the country so a virtual memorial was needed.They set up a meeting explained everything clearly.  I don't have much experience with uploads/downloads I'm far from a computer whiz. Dates and deadlines on what to, and how to upload items were in an organized list. They were easy to reach by sms, email or telephone.  My father was remembered and they famliy enjoyed the service and virtual reception afterwards.  I am in Canada and they are not so I was a little nervous.  Turns out nothing to worry about Willowise was great highly recommend!

Since our event was scheduled 12 days from date of commitment, being a creative person, I immersed myself into a very intense production preparation lasting 10 days. Brock Sheets, CEO of Willowise, created an amazing virtual memorial service to remember and celebrate the life of my beloved wife of nearly 54 years, Cathie Robertson, who passed away in May. The whole experience of dealing with Brock and Willowise was flawless and easy to follow with his detailed instructions. At the outset, he outlined how these celebrations typically work and came up with a plan for the website and the event itself. It involved getting pre-recorded remembrances by my wife's family, friends, and colleagues, which were posted on the web site for all those who attended the event to see at the beginning of the service. It also entailed assembling photos of my wife from childhood through to the present and photos of us together and with family and friends, capturing various significant life moments and events. I also picked a favorite song of hers, which was synchronized to the playing of the slide show. Brock made the whole process seamless. Getting everything ready for the event also helped give me something positive to focus on and do while I tried to deal with my enormous loss. The event itself worked without a hitch and was a very moving and wonderful tribute to the memory of my wife. Everyone who actively participated in it or simply attended thought it was superbly done and a magnificent way to celebrate my amazing wife.

Our family lost our loving mother on 30th October in California. Brock Sheets at Willowise worked with us so carefully and attentively in preparing a virtual memorial service for our dear friend. He was so organized, and gently pushed us to pull together everything we needed. He knew just what had to be done, kept track of every detail, and was courteous and flexible. The memorial service was really beautiful, far better than I could have imagined. I could never have done anything like this on my own, in terms of both the quality of the production, and also the way Brock handled and organized everything. He was so patient with all our problems in getting all the speakers, the photos, the music, the written tributes, and the invitation together. If we had tried to do a Zoom memorial ourselves I would have been stressed and anxious, but doing it this way, all of that stress was handled by Brock, who made it so easy. I didn't have to think about anything administrative during the service itself.

Everyone commented on how lovely it was, and now we will have this elegant website to remember our beloved friend. I HIGHLY recommend Willowise - finding Brock was transformational! Thank you to Willowise for making this such a great event for us. I have heard nothing but praise for the elegant way it was set up, from everyone who attended. Willowise not only met our expectations but far exceeded them. From the start, the owner, Brock Sheets, met with us personally to explain the services and help us design a beautiful online memorial page for my dad. That page has now become a lasting tribute where friends, family, and former students can return to honor his memory.

Brock organized every detail of the service flawlessly. Because our dad’s loved ones were spread across the country, Willowise gave everyone the chance to come together virtually, support our family, and pay their respects. Brock kept us updated at every step, including how many people had registered, who had uploaded memorial videos, and he prepared a slideshow that was both posted on the memorial site and seamlessly woven into the service.

The feedback I’ve received has been nothing but positive. People told me how meaningful and well-done the service was. For me personally, it also gave the space I needed to grieve privately while knowing my dad was honored in the best possible way.
