Carl Howard Pato, age 77, passed away peacefully on July 10, 2025. Born October 8, 1947, he spent the better part of his life on the Lower East Side of New York City, a place that shaped and defined him, before later relocating to Staten Island and, in his final year, to New Mexico to be close to family.
