What a role model Dr. Angammal Veluswamy was for a junior psychiatrist like me who could listen to you, observe you, and learn so much of real-world wisdom! Our deepest sympathies to all the grieving family members.

Dear Grandma,

I will forever miss seeing your face and smile whenever we visited in Michigan and Florida. You cared about us so much and your love is the reason I am the person I am today. I am grateful that I was able to attend the University of Florida (without you and Tatha that not being possible) and visit you when I had a break from my studies. To my Tatha, I love you too. You and Grandma are some of my greatest role models. I have learned everything about my South Indian roots from you two. I am proud to carry on your legacy.

Dear Aunty, Nina, Pilar and I will miss you very much. We were so blessed to visit you Labor Day Weekend 2024. You have been an amazing source of support and inspiration over the years right from my childhood and through my years migrating to USA. You always gave unconditional love and deep inspiration to achieve the impossible. Never complaining and always pushing forward. Will miss all the amazing meals you would make. Love and Peace.

Dear Uncle, Murali and Asha,
Thinking of Aunty and all of you with love. Uncle and Aunty have been lifelong friends of my dad, and our lives are colored with the joy and blessings from this relationship. Your mom helped us pick our so many memorable items in our home that we recalled fondly over time. Her life has been a testament to her strong will and determination. May she continue to be blessed in the life hereafter.
